The cost of preparing artwork is included with your order; however, because this process is so labor intensive, all orders are non-cancelable.

A color proof will be emailed to you as soon as the artwork is prepared (usually within 3-5 days).

You will have an opportunity to request a change to the design, if desired, before production begins.
